This site has some excellet knowledge and training information available.
I have purchased a couple of their e-books as well as their training videos.
They also have tons of free information that I know you will find useful. I have practically a whole binder full of just the free stuff I have found. I just printed it out and made my own training manual.
My daughter is a pitcher and I have found stuff here that was never taught to her by any of her coachs'. Hal Skinner, has an e-book that is awesome. He was a nationally recoginized pitcher that has some very good insight on pitching from a little different angle. Softball Performance is one of the few places that has this kind of help.
They have something for everybody, coachs, parents, and of course players. They look at all aspects of the game. If you haven't thought of it yet think about college recruiting. Softball Performance even has places to go for that. As their name implies, you will find tons of help in improving player performance. I have purchased their strength training and pre season conditioning videos and downloads. You can get stuff in your hands without waiting for it to come through the mail.
My daughter wants to be a physical trainer at the college level, and she loves what she has learned from just what I have gotten her for free. Marc Dagenais seems to really have a good handle on what he is teaching. My daughter has increased her pitching speed, become a better base runner, and improved her batting average. I know you will probably be like me and just go to Softball Performance just to soak up some of the free info he has for you.
